Why HDPE?Maximum Uptime.
Our High-Density Polyethylene work barges are purpose-built for the marine environment. They never rust, rot, or oxidize, and our premium construction will ensure that your boats stay on the water and working as long as possible. HDPE outperforms steel, aluminum, and wood in six critical ways:
Corrosion Resistance
HDPE does not rust or rot — a critical advantage in saltwater environments where steel and aluminum slowly fail.
Impact Tolerance
It flexes and absorbs shock instead of denting or cracking, dramatically reducing damage from bumps and collisions.
Lower Maintenance
No painting, no anti-fouling coatings, no constant repairs. Spend more time on the job and less time on upkeep.
UV Durability
Marine-grade HDPE is formulated to withstand years of relentless sun exposure without breaking down.
Chemical Resistance
Stands up to oils, fuels, solvents, and the harsh contaminants common around working marine sites.
Marine Growth Resistance
Its smooth, non-porous surface makes it hard for barnacles, algae, and other growth to take hold.

The AbsoluteHammer
Our proprietary hammer is, like our barge, redesigned to take all issues with modern pneumatic pile drivers into account and simply perform better. It has:

- 01
Galvanized Armor
Galvanized for maximum rust protection — keeping nuts and bolts tighter over time and extending the total life of the hammer.
- 02
Pneumatic Lift & Drop
Uses pneumatic pressure to both lift AND drop the hammer for maximum striking power on every cycle.
- 03
Off-Hammer "Black Box"
Our proprietary controller is NOT mounted on the hammer itself, so it never gets beat up by the workload it commands.
- 04
Effortless Maintenance
Easy to service and never gets stuck due to electrical issues — designed to keep working in all conditions.

Frequently AskedQuestions
We can build them in 90 days but if there are change orders made along the way they will of course extend that build time. Builds can be expedited but doing so will add cost.
If your client's waterways require more mobility go with the 8′ × 24′. If maneuverability isn't an issue and you want the extra power — and the ability to push or tow other smaller barges — go with the 10′ × 30′.
Of course — anything can be changed. Changes just tend to add cost and time to the build, but anything can be customized to your liking.
Extremely durable. We have run numerous tests for leaks and punctures and so far have never had a failure.
On our new barges, no. We use proper wiring and fittings to handle the saltwater and keep the wires up as high in the hull as possible. If there ever is an issue, the hull is designed so someone can get around on the inside for a repair.
Yes. Our barges come with bilge pumps that turn on automatically if enough water gets into the bilge to protect it.
It charges the lithium-ion battery used for the barge's electronics. No — there is a charge controller security system, and the battery is a smart battery as well, so it automatically disconnects once it's fully charged.
Yes, but our warranty won't cover your crane and it must use the same mounting system — otherwise we'll have to figure out what it costs to change that and up-charge accordingly.
We can paint your crane arm any color you want, but the HDPE itself doesn't hold paint well — so anything custom beyond that you'd need to do yourself.
Yes — trailers can be made available as part of the purchase. New or used, delivery, barge size, etc. all play a role in price, but they tend to vary from $7,000 – $15,000 depending on size & quality.
This varies as well, but we won't charge an arm & a leg. We just need to cover gas, potential tires, loading & unloading, and the time for two guys to complete the delivery there and back — with a small margin for overhead.
Yes, but currently only in Florida. We are still searching for finance options for all other states.
